French Toast

Ingredients:
4 Pieces White Bread
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Margarine
Aunt Jemimah Syrup

Directions:

Mix eggs in medium sized bowl and add milk sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Heat pan or electric griddle to 350 or medium high. Add 2 Tbsp. margarine, let melt and dip bread in egg mixture for 3 seconds each side. Put on hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until brown, then flip and cook for 2 minutes more. Add margarine to top of french toast and serve with syrup.
