Lemon Garlic Pasta
1/2 Cup Margarine (butter preferred)
2 teaspoons dried crushed basil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
8 oz. cooked and drained fettuccine
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Place a medium sized sauce pan over a low heat and add margarine, basil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano and olive oil. Stir until evenly blended when the margarine is melted. Be careful not to burn the margarine.

Cook fettuccine until tender, drain and place in large mixing bowel.

Add garlic-lemon mixture and toss lightly.

Serve hot.

Makes 2 – 3 servings
