Chocolate Peanut Clusters
1 (6-ounce) package milk chocolate or bittersweet dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups salted toasted peanuts, finely chopped

Melt chocolate in double boiler and set aside to cool.

As chocolate is cooling, mix occasionally to ensure even cooling.

When chocolate is warm to touch, add chopped peanuts and mix thoroughly making sure that all of the nuts are covered in chocolate.

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment and spoon out clusters about 1-1 1/2 inches in diameter. Leave about 1 inch between clusters.

Chill in refrigerator for about 15 minutes and the clusters are ready to serve.

Makes about 30 clusters
