French toast
4 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar, optional
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
10 – 12 slices of bread
Butter and syrup

Place enough cooking oil in a frying pan to cover the bottom or spay with cooking spray. Heat over a medium low setting.

Crack eggs and place in mixing bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, salt and milk. Using a fork, blend thoroughly.

Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and place in hot frying pan. Do NOT soak the bread and make sure each side is covered with the egg mixture.

Cook each side for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from pan and serve with butter and syrup.
