Create your own cookbook It's always online and It's FREE!	Asparagas Rollups 1 (4 oz.) package blue cheese Can of asparagus 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 egg Mix above ingredients well. Remove crust from loaf of bread. Roll slices of bread with rolling pin. Spread bread slices with cheese mixture. Put one asparagus spear on each flattened bread slice and roll up. Brown roll-ups in butter. Freeze. When ready to serve, cut into bite-sized portions. Heat to serve. Makes about 60 appetizers Submitted by: Patrick Rate this recipe
