Crab Stuffed Mushrooms 24 lg. mushrooms cup crab meat 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons lemon juice Dash of salt 4 tablespoons buttered fine bread crumbs Wash mushrooms; remove caps and set aside. Trim tips of the stems and chop stems, finely cut crab meat into small pieces. Melt butter in skillet; cook chopped mushroom stems until just tender. Add crab meat, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Stuff mushroom caps. Sprinkle with crumbs. Broil about 7 minutes; serve hot. Submitted by: Patrick Rate this recipe
