Oven Baked Macaroni and Cheese
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked until almost done
1/4 lb. stick of margarine sliced into 12 patties
8 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup bread crumbs (preferably seasoned)
Milk
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place 4 of margarine patties on the bottom of a casserole dish.

Spoon 1/2 of the macaroni over the margarine patties. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheddar and jack cheese over the macaroni then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pepper lightly.

Place 4 more patties of margarine evenly spaces over the top.

Spoon in the remainder of the macaroni. Sprinkle with the remainder of the cheese then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pepper lightly.

Slowly pour milk into the casserole dish until you see the milk coming up the side of the casserole dish.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
