Butter Milk Biscuits
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
4 table spoons Shorting
1 Cup Butter Milk


Cut Shorting into the dry ingredients. Then add butter milk. Using extra flour, pat down to 1-1/2 inches in thickness. Using a biscuit cutter or a large month glass, cut out biscuit. Bake at 450 degrees 12-15 minutes.
