Creamed Spinach Casserole 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup imitation bacon bits (optional 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup shredded Parmesan or Romano Cheese (Do NOT use grated cheese) Mix all ingredients a large mixing bowl until even. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with additional shredded cheese. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Rate this recipe
