Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups grated Romano cheese
1 half red onion, cut into slivers
low calorie Caesar Salad Dressing
1 head iceberg, green leaf or romaine lettuce

Grill chicken breasts. While they are grilling break leaves of 1 head of lettuce into bite sized pieces.

When chicken is done, cut into 1/2 inch strips. Place lettuce, onion and grated cheese in salad bowl. Add salad dressing to taste and toss lightly.

Place chicken strips on top of lettuce mixture, sprinkle with a little more Romano or parmesan cheese.

You are ready to serve a nice low calorie meal.
