Spinach - Artichoke Dip 1 cup mayonnaise 8 oz of Sour Cream 1 1.8 oz package of dried leek soup mix or dried vegetable soup mix (Knorr is the best brand) 1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach (Thawed and drained) Optional 1 4 oz. can of Water Chestnuts (finely chopped) Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until all ingredients are nicely blended. This is really good for dipping crackers, sourdough bread, foccacia bread sticks or sliced French bread. Rate this recipe
